Timmy's Town Center is a new Children's museum for ages 0-10 to be built in Scranton within the next five years.
Timmy Kelly died at the age of 5 from a brain tumor. He is the son of Tim Kelly (ski patroller) and Lexie McFarland Kelly. Timmy learned to ski at Elk Mountain.
